Intellectual Property Policy
This is a public notice of the intellectual property of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (“CISA”). In general, that intellectual property includes the official logo of CISA, and the trademarks for which CISA claims either common law trademark rights or has applied for or received trademark registration under 15 U.S.C. §§ 1051-1129.
For any of the listings below, CISA asserts its full rights under statute or the common law. No use may be made of these marks without the permission of the Department acquired in accordance with the procedures of this notice (see below). This list is not exhaustive and is subject to modification.

To obtain permission to use any of the listed marks, an applicant must make a prior written request to CISA at the e-mail address listed below. The applicant must include evidence of the authority of any representative of the applicant to bind the applicant. In addition, the applicant must agree to comply with the conditions presented in any consent to use or license agreement required by CISA. Note that a request to CISA is not the end of the process. A statement of release will also be required from the applicant.
CISA will deny any request that includes the use of a mark as part of a URL or other use that does not comport with the conditions presented in any consent to use or license agreement required by CISA.
