CPT is a web-based, decision-support tool designed to help USACE operations personnel analyze the extent to which maintained navigation channels are used by commercial shipping

Inputs: Waterborne commerce data available publicly from the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center
Outputs: Information on commodity tonnage, value, flow (between destinations and up/down waterways), and utilization of channel depth
