Join CISA at Black Hat USA 2023 and DEFCON!

CISA is exhibiting and speaking at the Black Hat USA Conference on August 5-10, 2023, in Las Vegas, NV. This four-day event will feature speakers from CISA, government and industry partners, presentations, and an exhibit hall.

This is the 26th year the conference will provide attendees with educational and informative sessions on best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity, open-source tool demos, and a robust expo hall. The event will occur at the Mandalay Convention Center, located at 3950 Las Vegas Boulevard, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Visit our DEFCON speaking sessions at the ultimate hacker's convention. Our sessions will be held at various hotels including Caesars Forum + Flamingo and Harrah's. Our signature Secure by Design: Ask the Government Anything and Red-Pen Workshop will allow attendees to help shape the US Government’s Secure by Design work.

Secure Software Engineering - Technical

Cybersecurity Service: Secure custom software; review systems and development processes; interpret code functionality/performance; write maintainable source code; support software development lifecycle.

Data Science – Technical

Cybersecurity Service: Implement data mining and data warehousing programs; conduct hypothesis testing; design applications integrating data; analyze and interpret complex data; build scalable database architecture.

Industrial Control Systems – Technical

Cybersecurity Service: Technical capability in Physical, Embedded, and Control Systems Security. Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security architecture review.

IT Specialist – Junior to Mid-Level (GS9-12) – Remote

Capacity Building: Implement security requirements, evaluate incident response policies, resolve integration issues, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, support resolution of cyber defense incidents.

IT Specialist – Mid-Level (GS11-13) – Remote

Capacity Building: Support product vision and roadmap, develop requirements for existing and new cyber capabilities, use and create open-source software for web designing, perform cyber acquisition management.
