Register now for the 2-day, IN-PERSON training event, Analyzing Cyber Risk Using the CDM Agency Dashboard ES-5 on Wednesday, March 29 and Thursday, March 30, 2023.
Audience: The CDM Dashboard training is intended for the Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB) agencies; attendance will be restricted to attendees from these agencies (https://cyber.dhs.gov/agencies/)
[CRITICAL] Course Prerequisite: Approved registrants must attend the mandatory VIRTUAL STUDENT TECHNICAL CHECK the day before the event to establish a connection to the course content and lab environment.
Event Details:
- Explore the new features of the current CDM Agency Dashboard version ES-5 such as Data Quality Reporting, STIG information, FISMA Metrics, Summary Reporting, and other capabilities.
- View instructor-led demonstrations and participate in hands-on lab activities in the current CDM Agency Dashboard version ES-5.
- Identify top risks to your network by using CVEs, targeting legacy software, and identifying unmanaged devices.
- Analyze the AWARE 1.5 Supplemental scoring algorithm and use AWARE scores to prioritize mitigation activities.
- Monitor the Identity and Access Management capability status of those with access to the network.
- Review and discuss the agency container structure, create filters, unique queries, and produce tailored status reports.
- Have CDM Program guest speaker answer your CDM Dashboard ES-5 questions.
Additional Logistics and Information:
- CPE Credits: Earn 12 CPEs by attending this 2-day course in its entirety and participating in the lab activities.
- Attendee Requirements: This is a hands-on event. Attendees must bring a government-issued computer or personal computer to participate in this training.
- Please note: Masks will be optional during this event. Students will be asked to sit less than the recommended 6-foot social distancing standard.
