SAFECOM Publishes Updated SAFECOM Governance Charter and SAFECOM Governance Operating Processes and Procedures Document

The SAFECOM Governance Committee and SAFECOM Executive Board are pleased to announce the publication of the updated SAFECOM Governance Charter and SAFECOM Governance Operating Processes and Procedures document. One of SAFECOM’s foundational documents, the SAFECOM Governance Charter outlines the vision, mission, structure, and membership of the SAFECOM Program. New this year, the supplemental SAFECOM Governance Operating Processes and Procedures document provides additional information about SAFECOM’s goals and objectives, and how SAFECOM conducts administrative tasks such as election processes and product approval procedures. Updates to these documents reflect the current operating processes SAFECOM adheres to.
