Description
CyberPeace Institute is a non-profit organization that aims to reduce the impact of cyberattacks to individuals and communities. Through its CyberPeace Builders program, it offers free cybersecurity assistance to under-resourced organizations in any sector where the impact of cyberattacks can affect whole communities. The CyberPeace Builders are volunteers from the private sector with verified experience in cybersecurity. The network of volunteers is coordinated by a team employed by the CyberPeace Institute.
Services provided: Cyber assessment services and incident response services.
Request Services and Volunteer
- Criteria to Request Services:
- Must be registered as a non-profit or non-governmental organization.
- Must be apolitical, independent, and not promote any religious institutions or beliefs.
- Must complete registration process with all necessary documentation.
- After acceptance, must stay actively engaged.
- Request Services:
- Apply through CyberPeace Builders | CyberPeace Institute.
- Criteria to Volunteer:
- Must be employed by a private company and apply through company email.
- Must have at least 1 year of professional experience in cybersecurity and have passed the probation period in their current position.
- Volunteers will be asked to approve the code of conduct of the program.
