Andrew Scott
Andrew Scott is the Associate Director for China Operations at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he leads an interdisciplinary team focused on bolstering the nation’s cybersecurity and physical resilience to hybrid threats from nation-states, including the People’s Republic of China. He has spent over twenty years in government working on cybersecurity and technology issues across the policy, intelligence, and diplomatic communities. Prior to CISA, Andrew served in the Biden-Harris Administration as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Cyber Policy on the NSC staff.
