Emily Skahill
Emily Skahill is a Cyber Operations Planner within CISA’s Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). She is the lead operational planner for JCDC’s High-Risk Community Protection (HRCP) Planning Effort to unify capabilities from across the federal interagency, private industry, and civil society to bolster the cyber resilience of high-risk communities. She holds a degree in Public Policy from Brown University, where she specialized in privacy and cybersecurity policy, and a Master of Law and Technology from Georgetown University Law Center.
