Trevor Parks
Trevor Parks is a Cyber Operations Planner within the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He is the lead developer for Project Upskill, a series of cyber hygiene guides developed through the JCDC High-Risk Community Protection (HRCP) planning effort. Trevor brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, having spent over a decade in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, a Subject Matter Expert in wireless communication technology security. After leaving the service, he became a consultant working with federal agencies and the military to increase their cybersecurity readiness by educating public officials on how to safeguard their technology and data. Trevor is a graduate of The University of Tampa.
