State, Local, Tribal and Territorial Security Operations Center/Information Sharing and Analysis Center (SLTT SOC/ISAC)
Overview
The State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Security Operations Center/Information Sharing and Analysis Center (SLTT SOC/ISAC) Cooperative Agreement (CA) funds both the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) and Election Infrastructure ISAC (EI-ISAC) in partnership with the CA recipient.
The MS-ISAC is a membership-based collaborative that is open to State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial entities. Members receive direct access to a suite of services and informational products including cybersecurity advisories and alerts, vulnerability assessments, incident response support, secure information sharing, tabletop exercises, a weekly malicious domains/IP report, and more. MS-ISAC currently has over 17,000 members.
The EI-ISAC is a voluntary, no-cost, collaborative open to all State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial organizations that support election offices of the United States of America. The EI-ISAC offers state and local election officials a suite of elections-focused cyber defense tools, including threat intelligence products, incident response and forensics, threat and vulnerability monitoring, cybersecurity awareness, and training products. EI-ISAC currently has over 3,800 members.
