Advisory Councils and Committees

The President's National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) includes executive leaders from private sector and state/local government who advise the White House on how to reduce physical and cyber risks and improve the security and resilience of critical infrastructure.

Meeting our Nation’s critical national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) challenges demands attention to many issues. The President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) mission is to provide the U.S. Government the best industry advice.

CIPAC provides a forum in which the government and private sector entities, organized as coordinating councils, can jointly engage in a broad spectrum of activities to support and collaborate critical infrastructure security and resilience efforts.

The Cybersecurity Advisory Committee (CSAC) advises, consults with, reports, and makes recommendations to CISA on the development, refinement, and implementation of policies, programs, planning, and training pertaining to CISA’s cybersecurity mission.
