The Potential Consequence Index (PCI) is given for each individual category (Human, Economic and Critical Function), as well as the total PCI, which is the sum of the three category PCIs. PCIs range between 0 and 1, with higher PCIs indicating higher consequences based on the facility data and the parameter weights.
