This webinar is intended for those responsible for cybersecurity operations, incident response, and cyber threat intelligence functions within an organization’s IT and cybersecurity teams.
This webinar begins with a case study evaluation of a real-world advanced persistent threat (APT). The lesson dives into how to formulate mitigation strategies during incident response, ensuring that containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned are applied in a consistent and comprehensive manner. The webinar then addresses strategies for mitigation during an active malware incident and preventative measures to take to minimize potential impacts of a ransomware incident.
This training leverages CISA resources, including CISA reporting on APT and the Incident Response Playbook, to ensure participants learn best practices aligned with national standards and expectations. This alignment ensures participants are prepared to contribute effectively to incident response efforts at any level.
