The 2022 National Summit on K-12 School Safety and Security was presented in a virtual format on November 1-3, 2022. It was held in coordination with Infrastructure Security Month, CISA’s annual effort to educate the American public about the vital role critical infrastructure plays in the nation’s well-being and the importance of strengthening critical infrastructure security and resilience.

The Summit featured the latest research, resources, programs, and guidance available on a range of school safety topics and threats. 2022 sessions included panels and keynotes on issues such as:

  • Training, Exercises, and Drills
  • Targeted Violence
