CLA Fact Sheet

Community Level Assessments (CLA) measure core capabilities to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to and recover from complex attacks involving improvised explosive devices (IED). The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) uses this systematic process to engage partners in public and private sectors, critical infrastructure, government and public safety agencies to assist them in building and sustaining counter-IED (C-IED) capabilities and mitigating significant risks.
