The Introduction to Bomb Threat Management Course provides an overview of domestic bomb threat data including the delivery, recipients, and impact of bomb threats historically and today. Learners are presented with the Bomb Threat Management Plan process, elements of a bomb threat plan, and the overall impact of bomb threats.

This one-hour Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) covers the following topics:

  • Gain an understanding of the process and goals of bomb threat management
  • Learn to assess and respond to bomb threats 
  • Mitigate financial and psychological repercussions to communities

Certifications & Accreditations

The Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for this course: 0.1 CEU.
